If for some reason you are not pleased once you've received your item(s), we will take them back for store credit, an exchange or a refund.
Please email us at email@example.com and we'll send you prepaid postage to return your order. Please also include the returns form completed.
The item(s) must be SHIPPED within 30 days from the delivery date (based on carrier tracking information).
Travel time for the package to make it from you to us is not included in this 30 day count.
Once we receive the item and upon inspection of the item(s) a store credit, refund or exchange will be issued.
No returns on sale/discounted or visibly worn items.
Shipping fees for return item(s) are the responsibility of the buyer.

No refund for sale items.
Returns can be made within 14 days of purchase on unworn, non-damaged purchases. The original method of payment must be presented.
Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase on undamaged unworn items.
Tattoo deposits are non-refundable and only transferable under certain circumstances that cannot be guaranteed. The deposit covers your drawing, secures your appointment, and comes off the final price of your tattoo. All tattoo services are subject to NY County tax of 4.5%.
Should you receive an incorrect or damaged item please let us know right away. We always want your order to be perfect but when something goes wrong let us know we will rectify the situation for you.
