If for some reason you are not pleased once you've received your item(s), we will take them back for store credit, an exchange or a refund. Please send the item back to us using the prepaid postage included in your order. Please also include the returns form completed.
The item(s) must be SHIPPED within 30 days from the delivery date (based on carrier tracking information). Travel time for the package to make it from you to us is not included in this 30 day count. Once we receive the item and upon inspection of the item(s) a store credit, refund or exchange will be issued. No returns on sale/discounted or visibly worn items.
Shipping fees for return item(s) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please use include the return form in the package.
Should you receive an incorrect or damaged item please let us know right away. We always want your order to be perfect but when something goes wrong let us know we will rectify the situation for you.
